In 2003, the Center hosted this program for the ninth consecutive year. It provides 90 academic hours as part of a Master's program in international business for students from the Castellón region of Spain. The 2002 program took place from June 16 to July 13, with students experiencing a combination of courses, site visits to companies, and tours of Washington and New York. Twenty visiting MBA students from the Castellón Region in Spain participated, along with a representative of the Castellón Chamber of Commerce.
